Hair Care During The Summer

When summer comes the first thing is that we care not to expose too much skin in the sun to not maltreated, but we also forget the hair.
When the hair is overexposed to the sun becomes dehydrated, dried, cracks and ends up as hair broom, but even if the hair is dyed.
Besides sun, the hair gets the aggression of the salt from sea water and chlorine pools that eliminate the fat layer that protects the hair. And the UV rays penetrate the deeper layers, weakening the hair and become porous, causing the tips to open up and hair discoloration.
How do I protect it?
* Washing. Wash your hair after sun exposure with a special shampoo to remove residual salt, chlorine and sand.
To wash your hair well you need not kick you shampoo twice or rub hard, but you must rinse well so that no residual.
Wash it well with a proper conditioner for your hair type, and applies a few times a week a nourishing mask.
* Drying. The biggest mistake is the overuse of the dryer, since it dries much hair. But if you have to use it, first dry the hair well with a towel and keep air out of the dryer at a safe distance and do not let that focuses on an area. Read the rest of this entry »
