Irritable Bowel Syndrome absolutely affects the quality of life of a person, i.e. integrally affects, and is especially dangerous because it can be confused with more serious illnesses. Before it was called irritable colon, but experts have sought to give the term more accurately after discovering that it is a general inflammation of the intestine, including the colon. The most common symptom is pain in the abdomen, associated with changes in the patient’s stool patterns, or whether the person may have constipation or diarrhea. Also often a strained stomach, which in simple words is just inflator in the stomach.

At the same time, the patient may suffer from migraine headaches, body aches and general tiredness, so that the syndrome can “throw” the patient, as popularly said. (more…)

Between 40-60% of pancreatic and liver cancer is caused by excessive consumption of meat because their assimilation is a burden on the body. Actually this disease is nothing more than excessive and uncontrolled growth of diseased cells. There is also a wide range of diseases, infections and disorders that are favored by excessive consumption of meat. For example, cardiovascular diseases, which are the leading cause of death today, increasing at the same pace that meat consumption increases. But diabetes, myocardial infarction, stroke, blood circulation disturbances, osteoporosis, arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatism, gout and obesity among others, remembering that pain sensitivity also increases.

No need in our way of life the flesh. One example is in some Asian countries where they live in a vegetarian for generations, enjoying very good health. Recent studies show that vegetarians have better health parameters, vegetarians are generally healthier.

From a scientific standpoint meat is unhealthy and should be avoided where possible. Why then in hospitals, homes for the elderly or even schools provided the meat diet and normal diet? (more…)
