Baby Hair Care

Baby Hair CareWe all want a beautiful child, and surely we are interested in our son’s hair looks nice, shiny, silky and healthy. The hair is not only part of the face but reflects the overall nutritional status of the baby.

* If your child’s hair is brittle, Pajos, dull or Ralito means that something in your diet is failing, such as energy, vitamins and minerals in general, but especially proteins, since these are the main component of hair .
* If hair is normal means that food is adequate.

So the first step is to verify that the diet is balanced. To do this, we know some specific nutrients that help improve the health of hair:

VITAMIN B COMPLEX
Some B vitamins are Biotin, Riboflavin (B2) and pantothenic acid (B5) have various functions that are related to the formation of proteins and cell membranes that form the base and body hair.

These vitamins are found in abundance in meat products (beef, chicken, but most of all viscera and fish), eggs and milk and all its derivatives. To a lesser amount is found in vegetables like broccoli, spinach, asparagus, tomatoes. And in much less quantity in whole grains of cereals like wheat germ or rice.

In some countries, grains and cereals are fortified with riboflavin, sometimes going to contain 100% of the daily requirement of this vitamin. To look out on product labels to see if your country is that we proceed in this manner.

ZINC
Involved in the formation and structure of proteins, the hair is composed of keratin, a protein. Zinc’ll find it in the lean red meat, liver and kidneys.

PROTEIN, IRON AND VITAMIN A
These three are probably the most critical foods in infancy, since its deficiency would cause many complications for a lifetime. Not directly involved with the formation of hair, but in their appearance, if your baby’s hair is healthy, is a good indication that the intake of these three nutrients is adequate.

These three are found in animal foods like organ meats, meat (all animals), the sangrecita and-with the exception of iron in eggs and milk also

Another way to promote infants’ hair is to keep it clean and brushed from birth, not just a matter of hygiene and order, but the brush is getting to the scalp massage which makes you a better irrigation.
